Bridging The Gap
Communication across the divide will require active listening, context, and language interpretation.
Bridging The Gap recognizes that each generation handles stress differently. These differences must be learned to reduce conflict and offense. For example, one generation was taught to go to work, get the job done, and leave your problems at the door. On the contrary, the younger generation brings all of their problems to work with them. Communicating what will and will not work is essential to causing the generations to coexist and collaborate.
